Refunds & Returns

We offer a quick and easy 30 day quibble-free returns policy.

To return your items:

Please make a return request through our website. We will then process this request and contact you with further information.

Please make sure you package your items securely and attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel clearly. Include a copy of your packing slip in the return parcel so we can process your return without delay.

Once we have received your returned items, we will check them carefully and confirm whether a refund is due within 3 working days. If a refund is due it will be issued to your original payment method, which can take up to 10 working days to process (depending on your bank).

The following must apply for you to be eligible for a refund:

  • All items must be unused and in perfect condition
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All tags must still be attached, with the ribbon and seal intact

If your order arrives damaged or faulty

Please let us know if your items are defective or damaged so that we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Please note

  • Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund unless faulty.
  • The cost of postage is your responsibility.
  • Please be sure to obtain a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
  • You are responsible for the safekeeping of the items until we receive them back.
  • If you would like to swap your items for a different size or colour, please complete a return and place a new order online.
  • We cannot accept returns on any made to order items. This will be clearly stated at the time you place the order.
